Definitely not worth $150!

I don't know what Sephora are playing at but this is NOT worth $150. I bought this at the discounted price of $40 and have to say it's the worst $40 I've ever spent on makeup. This palette just doesn't work for me. The bright colors you see in the photo are misleading and in fact there is absolutely minimum pigmentation in these eyeshadows. The hot pinks are more like a rose pink and the blues are more of a baby blue. If you're looking for VERY light shades and NO color then this is the palette for you. decent lasting

I bought the forest green. For my light asian complexion it looks like a lighter version of black liner I usually wear. I suggest trying it in a sephora store to see how the color looks on your skin tone.The color has a slight sheen and is not matte.



It last pretty long-lasting for non-waterproof. It may smudge a little after a while but it won't come completely off unless you use make up remover. I tried using only facial cleanser and it was 95% off.More detail ...

Sephora wants too much for shipping

First this atomizer works great I have no complaints with the product. It seems sturdy sprays a fine mist just like I wanted. Comes with a handy funnel to use for my bottle of Blue Stratos aftershave. Now I don't have to muck around with dabbing a little bit here and there I can just spray it on.



My complaint is with Sephora's shipping. $6 to ship a $9 atomizer UPS in a box big enough to ship 100 atomizers? No wonder the shipping was so much. If I'd thought to itemize the shipping on my Amazon order to find it was going to cost me a total of $15 for this atomizer I'd have never ordered it.

Great little kit

I have finally decided to purchase brushes to apply my make up instead of using q-tips or the little sponge applicators. This is a great starter kit for the beginner like myself or for travel. It's the perfect size to carry in your bag and the quality is amazing. I was afraid the brushes would be cheap but they are just as good if not better than some of the over priced ones on the market today. The perfect soft liner for eyes. No sharpner needed.

I really like the fact that this liner is what it says. Retractable and waterproof. Easily comes off with cleanser but during the day it doesn't transfer to my upper eyelid and stays put on the bottom lid. Since the liner is soft it goes on very smooth. Great way to keep your brushes in shape between shampooings

I purchsed this product to use in conjunction with the Sephora Brand Brush Shampoo. In order to extend the life of my brushes I did not want to do a deep cleaning too often so I thought this would be perfect for in between. Since using both I have been pleased to note that my makeup applies easier - like it did when my brushes were new - and my skin has cleared up some. truly compact way of getting lots of choices in a small compact and cost

This may be a great gift but I didn't buy it for that. I actually got it to keep in my desk at work and for travel. It takes up no space but allows you to basically have an entire makeup drawer in one compact and at a cheap price.



The blush colors slide out of the bottom the lip colors are above them and the eye shadows slide out sideways under a mirror that pivots from under the lid to the side.



The pigments in both the shadows and the blushes are heavy so that a little goes a long way and lasts a long time.



The blushes are a nice sampling regardless of your skin tone and even though I don't use dark blushes it does allow me to use the darker colors for contouring...I brush a little beneath my cheekbones so they stand out with a lighter color on top.



Also having the array of choices allows you to go from light day/work makeup to a night out straight from work when pressed for time if you want to go more dramatic in the evening. If not and you still like the same look each day it still gives you variety in tones or tints of the colors...if you like browns for example you can switch it up from deep brown to a medium or light or sometimes use a yellow-based highlight under your brown bone and sometimes a pinkish one. Only wear one color over your eyes every day without highlights and darker colors at the crease? Well you certainly have your choice of colors!



I like to mix the glosses for my lips but there is a wide variety of colors even if you just want one.



Especially great for travel...Stick one compact in your bag and you don't take up the whole tiny sink in a hotel or have to dig through bags for what you need.



Also great for a fancy evening out where you have a tiny "nice" clutch bag but still may wish to freshen up. It fits.



Negatives: If you want to use this every day you are going to go through your colors quickly or if you only use the same colors everyday...these are small bits of of color samplings and it's not like you can replace one color if that runs out and keep using the others...still it's a bargain and the colors are lasting and for me perfect for the work desk and travel.More detail ...

Just not what I was expecting :(

I bought this a little over a week and am very sad to say that it is just not all what it's cracked up to be. The color pay off just isn't there. I will say that some of the colors do work like the blacks and dark blues. Then after that there are a few colors that you can get to show up decently if you apply them wet (I tried that) or over primer (I have not tried yet). After that other colors are just useless. I don't care what you do to them. The brights if that's what attracted you to this product like it did me FORGET IT! The two hot pinks in this palette that I was most excited about do absolutely nothing. I was able to get some color out of the pink one in the tokyo palette by applying on my lid wet but I must say that I had to wet the brushpick up the shadow on it apply it to lid and had to do that atleast 7 times scrubbing into the pot to get it to show up and it still wasn't that bright. The blushes are nice I like them. I like the couple glosses I've tried so far also. Oh on another note I will say that the looks I have done with this palette so far have held up most of the day. They do fade some but not bad at all. Two times that I've used this palette and went to sleep with the eye makeup still on when I wake up it's still there.



Since purchasing this I've went on a search to find a colorful palette that really will work and shades with high pigmentation and I am hearing the greatest things about the 120 palette you can get from BH or Coastal Scents (It's the same palette at both stores). It's only $25. It doesn't have the lip glosses or blushes but you do get 120 eyeshadow shades that are true to color and you can get as funky and bright as you want with it.More detail ...

Designer suits and shiny black heels in a bottle!

When I started working 5 years ago I needed to upgrade my perfumes from carefree college girl. This scent is a perfect find. It is feminine but not too floral. Absolutely delicious...for the 1 hour it stays on your skin

This is one of the most beautiful sexy scents currently on the market. If you are a gourmand/oriental fragrance lover (examples of which include Thierry Mugler's Angel or Angel Innocent Bvlgari's Omnia Calvin Klein's Euphoria or Burberry's Brit - all of which I own and wear regularly without longevity issues - see next paragraph) then I would highly recommend this fragrance. Sweet but in a sexy subtle musky way.



I would bathe myself in this fragrance if I could. And I should. As noted by the previous reviewer this fragrance is gone in flash. I give myself about 5 hearty sprays of this in the morning including two directly misted onto my clothing in an effort to extend the fragrance but it is gone by noon. This is truly perplexing. Every other Giorgio Armani frangrance that I own including Sensi Emporio She and Armani Code for Men (also great for women) can go the distance.



This is supposed to be Eau de Parfum but wears very much like Eau de Toilette. Someone seriously skimped on the oil base. It that doesn't trouble you terribly pick this one up. If you want something similar that will last through the entire day and most of the night and particularly love the musk component of this fragrance then I would wholeheartedly recommend checking out Narciso Rodriguez's "For Her" or "Musc for Her" instead.More detail ...

This is the third time I've ordered this set. When I first ordered it I received the most positive compliments about THIS scent then any other I've ever worn. It is so clean and fresh. This is a very lemony smell and the sugar takes away the sour 'edge' of the lemon.
