The perfect soft liner for eyes. No sharpner needed.
I really like the fact that this liner is what it says. Retractable and waterproof. Easily comes off with cleanser but during the day it doesn't transfer to my upper eyelid and stays put on the bottom lid. Since the liner is soft it goes on very smooth.
